We collect only the information needed for your buyer interview, Buyer Brief, property submissions, manually prepared reports, and feedback.

What you may provide

Interview answers, preferences, budget ranges, listing links or text, notes, and property-marketing PDFs, JPEGs, or PNGs. Do not provide identity, financial, legal, health, survey, or other sensitive documents.

Who handles it

DeepSeek receives bounded interview messages and the current draft brief. It may process data in China and does not publish a fixed retention period. It never receives your property files or manually authored report. The operator accesses what is needed to fulfil your request.

How long it is kept

Active pilot data is scheduled for deletion 90 days after last activity. Unaccepted invites expire after 14 days. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days.

Your controls

You may skip questions, correct your brief or listing, stop, export supplied material, or request deletion. A verified deletion removes primary records within seven days and stops future model use. Any processor limitation must be disclosed.

This is pre-diligence support, not a valuation, survey, mortgage offer, or legal opinion. Important conclusions require appropriate professional verification.
